  4. Then Export all of your contact to your microSd card which is save in .vcf file format.
  5. After backup contacts and data on your SD card.
  6. Now go to Settings>>Reset>>Factory Data Reset
  7. Now it takes approx. 4-5 minutes, it erases your phone’s internal memory.
  8. After completion, it will ask you to restore your backup then select that option.

  1. “Playstore”is not working.After opening playstore it’s getting blank and not even downloading​ any app from “Googlechrome”.I have restored my mobile but there is no change in it please help me….

    • Follow below steps to get rid of this problem:-

      1. Go TO Settings >> Apps >> Google Play Store
      Now tap on Clear All data

      2. Go TO Settings >> Apps >> Google Play Services
      Now again tap on Clear All Data

      After this reboot, your phone and open your Play Store then Sign with your existing Google Account.

      Now it Will work!
